To qualify for repair, products must have been originally purchased from Lynne Greene Interiors, generally be less than 10 years old, and be clean and in good condition. Repairs are accepted by appointment after your repair request has been reviewed.

Many Hunter Douglas® products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers defects in materials, workmanship, and certain components. Warranty coverage varies depending on the product and issue, and our team will help determine whether your repair qualifies.

Before scheduling service, Hunter Douglas recommends contacting the dedicated PowerView® support team, as many automation issues can be resolved through troubleshooting over the phone. If additional service is needed, Lynne Greene Interiors will be happy to assist.

Most repair requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Once we’ve evaluated your request, a repair specialist will contact you to discuss scheduling, warranty eligibility, and any applicable service fees.
