We offer repairs on Hunter Douglas Window Treatments
Our experienced and knowledgeable staff can repair your window coverings quickly and professionally. We carry a wide variety of Hunter Douglas parts, and if we don’t have what you need, we have the connections to get it. Whether you purchased your product from us or from another dealer, we can get it working properly for you.
Lynne Greene Repair Policies
- Purchased at Lynne Greene Interiors up to 7 years of warranty – We offer in home repair service free of charge (providing repair is due to failed part(s), workmanship with normal use).
- Purchased at Lynne Greene Interiors after 1 year up to 7 years of age – In home service fee will apply $75.00 to $ 125.00, additional charge may apply if we are not able to obtain warranty coverage from the manufacturer of the window treatment. Please note: Most manufacturer’s warranty on motorized treatments is 5 years. On shades older than 7 years it may not be possible to obtain parts for repair.
- PowerView Motorization – Should an issue arise with a battery powered product, we ask that you make sure both the batteries in the remote control as well as on the shade have been changed with fresh batteries. There are instructions in the product guide that would have been left with you by our installers.Hunter Douglas has a dedicated consumer PowerView hotline 844-797-8439 as well. They will be able to walk you through a troubleshooting process and most often the issue is corrected this way. If not just give us a call and we will be happy to schedule a repair.
- Products not purchased at Lynne Green Interiors – There will be an Administrative Free of $75 for any products(s) being return to Hunter Douglas for repairs. We offer in home repairs for a fee, as well as in store repairs. You can drop off your window covering to our showroom during our regular business hours. Additional charges may apply if we are unable to obtain a warranty coverage from the manufacturer.
